FREQUENTLY ASKED BOARDING & GROOMING QUESTIONS

WHAT ANIMALS DO YOU BOARD?

We board dogs and cats of any size and other small pets. We have boarded snakes and other pets and are happy to board them as long as they fit in our facilities.
HOW OLD DOES A PUPPY HAVE TO BE IN ORDER TO BOARD?

A puppy should be at least 4 months old, and they must have an entire series of DHLPP shots, as well as a Bordetella.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

Yes, you can, but we offer your pets food, which is included in the price. If you want us to provide the food and give your pet canned or semi-moist food, please let us know to ensure that we feed them properly. We also give them treats.
CAN I BRING MY PET'S BLANKET?

Yes, you can bring your dog’s blankets and toys.
DO I NEED TO BRING DISHES FOR MY PET?

It’s not necessary, but you can. We will provide the dishes for your pet.
DO THEY INTERACT WITH OTHER ANIMALS AT THE FACILITY?

Not necessarily, but depending on the personality and the owner's preference, they can. We do keep families together because we think it is best for them.
WHAT VACCINES ARE REQUIRED?

All annual shots, including Rabies and Bordetella.
HOW MANY TIMES DO THEY GO OUTSIDE?

About 3 - 4 times a day.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE A RESERVATION?
